Job Overview:

The role of a Project Manager involves overseeing and supporting complex Information Communications Technology (ICT) projects. This position requires an individual with strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of technology capability lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the development of project plans and schedules
  • Contributing to financial planning and budgeting
  • Delivering effective contract management support
  • Providing general administrative support including schedule maintenance and risk tracking
  • Managing project record keeping requirements and systems

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and supporting complex ICT projects
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of technology capability lifecycle
  • Project and Program assurance and risk management
  • Demonstrated experience in asset and records management

About this Opportunity:

This is a full-time position based in Canberra with limited official domestic and/or international travel may be required. The successful candidate will be a highly organised, dynamic, outcome-oriented individual who can think critically and utilise their excellent problem-solving skills.
