A Competitive Remuneration PackageWe offer a competitive remuneration package that includes a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits program.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager/General Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Ballina. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing stock levels, mentoring and coaching sales staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and monitor short- and long-term sales and gross profit objectives for both the department and individual sales teams;
- Mentor and coach sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service;
- Manage stock levels to maximise ROI and meet group policy requirements;
- Set clear standards to ensure superior customer experiences;
- Monitor and act on business management information and other key performance indicators to optimise used vehicle performance and profit opportunities.
We are looking for a driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and providing outstanding customer service. You will have:
- Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Outstanding negotiation, written, and verbal skills;
- The ability to set goals and targets and lead your team to success;
- Knowledge of motor dealership systems, Pentana and DealerSocket (an advantage);
- A customer-focused approach and sound knowledge of internet and selling skills required to maximise internet opportunities.
