We're looking for a Seasonal Casual Sales Assistant to join our passionate team at Cat and Fiddle. As a key member of our team, you'll provide world-class customer service experience to every customer, continually expand your knowledge of products, and become a tea and brewing expert.

About the Role

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of our store to ensure a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
  • Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.

About You

  • You're a customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
  • You're ready to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • You're self-motivated and eager to learn and develop your skills.
  • You possess strong communication skills and are able to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is advantageous.
