Job Description

This temporary full-time PDHPE teaching position commences as soon as possible and concludes at the end of Term 4. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to maximise learning outcomes for all students.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the PDHPE curriculum and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Understanding of how to differentiate learning to cater for students' needs
  • Commitment to continually improving teaching practice and taking opportunities for personal professional development
  • Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning
Essential Qualifications and Accreditations
  • Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
  • Tertiary qualification (minimum 4-year degree, or 75% complete)
  • Valid Working with Children Check (for employment purposes)

This position involves working with children, and the appointment of the successful applicant will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child-related employment, including a National Police Check and retention of a valid Working with Children Check.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$120,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
