Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Technical Developer to join our team. This role will play a key part in the development, enhancement, and technical support of our Enterprise Asset Management system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that improve asset management processes and system functionality. This includes customising applications, automations, escalations, and reports to meet evolving business requirements and support operational teams across the organisation.

To achieve this goal, the Asset Management Technical Developer will collaborate closely with asset owners, subject matter experts, and vendors to ensure that technical solutions support strategic asset management goals.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of Maximo and enable the organisation's adoption of asset management solutions through the provision of technical coaching, training, and clear documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement technical solutions to improve asset management processes and system functionality
  • Customise applications, automations, escalations, and reports to meet evolving business requirements
  • Collaborate closely with asset owners, subject matter experts, and vendors to ensure technical solutions support strategic asset management goals

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Maximo development and configuration
  • Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo and Maximo Mobile platforms
  • Ability to design and implement technical solutions to improve asset management processes and system functionality
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
