We are seeking an experienced Educator to lead our team and provide exceptional care and educational outcomes for children. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring educators, building strong relationships with families, and supporting the delivery of contemporary early childhood practices.

  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQS), and be happy to work full time with rotating shifts.

As an Educator – Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure exceptional care and educational outcomes for each child.
  • Build strong relationships with families, keeping them informed and confident in the quality of care their children receive.
  • Support educators in delivering contemporary early childhood practices and implementing the Guardian Curriculum.
  • Be a champion of our Centre's values: brave, positive, thoughtful, and professional.
  • Maintain children's learning profiles and drive continuous improvement through self-assessment.
  • Contribute to leadership councils, enhancing your leadership skills and shaping the direction of the Centre.
