Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. This permanent full-time opportunity is ideal for senior technologists looking to drive the team and develop leadership skills, or junior technologists seeking great experience.

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of Nuclear Medicine, including radiopharmaceutical preparation and Quality Control procedures to the highest standard. You will also manage patients and operate specialized imaging equipment in accordance with professional standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Performing high-quality Nuclear Medicine examinations independently
  • Delivering high levels of patient care and service
  • Developing strong working relationships with patients, staff, and managers
  • Promoting and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards

For this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated ability to perform high-quality Nuclear Medicine examinations
  • High competency in PET examinations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse health professionals
  • Tertiary qualification in Nuclear Medicine
  • AHPRA registration and VIC radiation license
  • Diagnostic CT accreditation (advantageous but not required)
