About the Role

The Westpac Group is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Associate, Liquidity Reporting and Insights to join our team. As a key member of our Liquidity Reporting and Insights team, you will be responsible for ensuring the complete, accurate, and timely production of daily, monthly, and quarterly liquidity reporting for management and APRA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the production of high-quality liquidity reports for management and APRA
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to internal stakeholders on liquidity-related matters
  • Collaborate with project and tech teams for automation and analytics
  • Maintain and uplift documentation, including SOPs and working files
  • Drive process improvement and innovation

Requirements

  • Experience in systems and processes used to generate liquidity metrics
  • Experience with using SQL or knowledge of SQL and database concepts
  • Experience in financial services or previous exposure to liquidity reporting or Treasury
  • Knowledge of liquidity regulations (APS 210 and ARS 210)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
