Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients with high care needs, including hoist-trained and manual handling competent services.
- Assist clients with domestic assistance, meal preparation, cleaning, and companionship.
- Support clients with social support, transport to appointments, shopping, or community outings.
- Work collaboratively with clients to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- A Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Experience in aged care or community support is highly desirable.
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle are mandatory.
- Current First Aid certificate and Police Check are mandatory.
- NDIS Worker screening check and Working with Children Check are required.
