This leading hotel in Melbourne, catering to corporate and leisure clients, is seeking a seasoned executive leader.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead high-performing teams, inspiring staff to achieve commercial success and operational excellence.
- Oversee daily operations of a large-scale hotel, encompassing multiple food and beverage outlets, conference and event spaces, front office, and various departments serving 200+ rooms.
- Promote strategies across F&B, C&E, and accommodation to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Enhance partnerships with Sales, Revenue, and Marketing departments.
- Implement robust health and safety protocols to ensure guest, team member, and property safety.
- A minimum of five years' experience managing a 200+ room hotel operation at a 4* level or above.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to design and deliver high-level strategic plans across F&B, C&E, and accommodation.
- Strong financial acumen to compile reports and manage day-to-day financial processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
