We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Warrigal. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in coordinating the health, welfare, and social requirements of our self-care customers.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate community programs and activities to promote social interaction and engagement among residents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance our services.
- Provide support and guidance to residents, families, and caregivers to ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with our Village Service Coordinator in Goulburn/Bundanoon to provide seamless support across our sites.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of community engagement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and well-being.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer care or community engagement role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Current First Aid Certificate and a valid NSW Driver's License.
- Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Publisher.
