About The Role:

  • Our ideal candidate will manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and court hearings with utmost precision.
  • They will draft legal documents and reports accurately with attention to detail, ensuring seamless communication with clients and attorneys.
  • Effective organisation and maintenance of client files and case documents will be a key responsibility.
  • Conducting thorough legal research and compiling relevant information for cases will be an essential task.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be required to coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and external parties.
  • The successful candidate will prioritise urgent matters in incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards will be paramount.
  • Managing billing processes for the team and clients with specific requirements will be a key responsibility.
  • Coordinating Partners' appointments, meeting preparations, and travel arrangements will be a vital task.
  • Providing exceptional administrative support to legal professionals, including liaising with clients, court personnel, and external stakeholders

Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal secretary or similar role is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal software is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality are vital.
