Person-Centred Support Worker

We're searching for a dedicated Person-Centred Support Worker to join our team in Malling. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality support that enables individuals with learning disabilities to live their best lives.
Our Support Workers operate within a framework that prioritises autonomy, dignity, and respect for our clients. You'll work collaboratively with our team to design and implement tailored support plans that address the unique needs and goals of each individual.
Effective communication is paramount in this position. You'll need to engage with our clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and continuity of care.
