Guest Experience Coordinator

ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Providing world-class customer service to all guests
- Efficiently managing guest check-ins and outs
- Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to maintain accommodation readiness
- Supplying guests with essential information about our park and local attractions
- Performing day-to-day office administration tasks
- Maintaining positive relationships with park teams, residents, and guests
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a front office environment within the hospitality industry
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable reservation systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
- A current driver's licence
