Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, individualized care to residents
- Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal resident outcomes

- Participate in ongoing clinical excellence initiatives and professional development opportunities
- AHPRA registration as an enrolled or registered nurse

- Experience in residential aged care and clinical documentation practice (including care planning and evaluation documentation)

- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster or booked for booster, and committed to obtaining annual flu vaccination when required
- Willingness to obtain a NDIS Workers Screen (Yellow Card), if not already held
