Job Opportunity

The role of Cement Plant Electrician encompasses a broad range of responsibilities.

Key tasks include general electrical maintenance, servicing and repair of plant equipment, as well as the installation of electrical systems.

Additionally, successful candidates will be required to troubleshoot faults, perform routine shutdown maintenance, and participate in on-call rotations.

In order to succeed in this position, applicants must possess relevant qualifications and experience.

Requirements
  • Electrical Fitter Mechanic Licence is essential
  • Above 11m Elevated Work Platform (EWP) licence would be beneficial
  • Applicants with experience working as industrial electricians or in similar plant environments are highly desirable
  • Background in Instrumentation would also be advantageous
  • Experience in continuous manufacturing environments and PLC training/fault finding would be an asset
  • High Voltage Switching skills would also be beneficial
