Key Role: Franna Operator

We are seeking skilled and experienced professionals to operate Norwest frannas in a safe and efficient manner. This role will involve working on a FIFO basis from Perth, Western Australia.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Operate norwest frannas with the highest standard of safety achieved.
  • Perform pre-start checks on equipment, reporting any issues or concerns to the Supervisor, and completing relevant paperwork.
  • Ensure adherence to norwest and client policies and procedures.
  • Carry out mandatory tasks as directed by the Supervisor, management, or clients.
  • Ensure the franna is kept in excellent condition and safely shutdown at the end of shift.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
  • Australian Driver's Licence with HR class.
  • High Risk Work Licence with CN and RI classes.
  • Working at Heights qualification within 2 years of issue.
  • White card.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
  • Previous experience operating frannas for minimum of 2 years.
  • Current inductions to Rio Tinto highly advantageous.
