About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Finance Division as a Financial Management Leader - Expense Optimization. As a key member of our Expense Management team, you will play a critical role in delivering strong expense management, capability uplift, and financial control across the organization.

Job Description

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the delivery of timely, accurate, and insightful management reporting to senior executives and business partners;
  • Rationalizing and automating material entries to support earlier close of Function, LOB, and Division results;
  • Uplifting transparency and efficiency in cost attribution and allocation processes;
  • Ensuring compliance with risk management and financial control requirements;
  • Standardizing, simplifying, and automating report production processes;
  • Supporting enhanced monthly cost drivers and linkages to financials;
  • Providing standard analytics and insights for performance management and accountability.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years' experience in financial management and the financial services industry;
  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent);
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at a senior management level;
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining productive relationships;
  • High competency in executive-level presentation and reporting.
