Job Description:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Officer. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care and service to pets, their families, and the veterinary community.
">Responsibilities:
">- Greet clients and coordinate waiting room workflow effectively.
- Book appointments and liaise between clients and the clinical team in a timely manner.
- Handle cash, EFTPOS, and other payments securely.
- Request results, samples, and documents from third parties efficiently.
- Process insurance claims accurately.
- Work varied shifts to meet business needs.
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 4 years of experience in a high-volume receptionist position. You should be able to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate resilience and empathy in your work. Clear and professional communication skills are essential for success in this role.
">Desirable Skills:
">- Previous experience in a veterinary or medical reception or similar administrative position.
- Familiarity with EzyVet software would be an advantage.
- Understanding of medical terminology, health organizations, and relevant stakeholders is beneficial.
