About the Role:
We are seeking an innovative and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. This role offers a unique chance to blend your expertise in occupational therapy with strategic case management, providing a holistic approach to injury recovery and workplace reintegration.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing cases effectively to ensure successful outcomes. You will conduct various assessments, including initial, workplace, and vocational assessments, to diagnose conditions, support treatment plans, address psychosocial barriers to employment, and identify suitable job opportunities.
You will assist individuals with injuries or health conditions in their recovery and successful reintegration into the workforce. Additionally, you will initiate support for both mental health and physical injury-related cases, collaborating with injured workers, employers, and medical/allied health professionals to achieve shared objectives.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will develop and implement programs to prevent workplace injuries and promote workplace safety through education.
