Role Summary

Job Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Engage in effective communication with clients to coordinate fieldwork and finalize financial statements, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Collaborate closely with managers and partners to deliver outstanding results, leveraging collective expertise and knowledge.
  • Gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients, including ASX-listed companies, large private groups, not-for-profits, and clubs, broadening professional perspectives.
  • Participate in regular travel to client sites as required, conducting on-site audits and gathering necessary data.
  • Engage in ongoing internal and external training to enhance technical and professional skills, staying abreast of industry developments and best practices.

Key Qualifications
  • Completion (or near completion) of a degree in Accounting or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in accounting principles and practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • A genuine passion for Audit and Assurance, driving a commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
  • Eligibility and motivation to undertake the CA Program, providing a clear pathway for career advancement.
