Are you passionate about the automotive industry and eager to develop your skills? We have an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to become qualified Automotive Electrical Technicians.
The successful candidate will join our team as a 1st-3rd year apprentice, where they will gain hands-on experience and training in electrical technology. They will work on various projects, including installing and repairing electrical components of trucks and car air conditioning systems.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be an Australian citizen or hold permanent residency
- Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
- Hold a current Australian driver's license and access to a vehicle
In addition to the required qualifications, we are looking for candidates with basic knowledge of mechanics and strong reliability and punctuality skills.
We offer paid on-the-job training to achieve a Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology. You will also receive support through the Australian Apprentice Training Support Payment of $1,250 every six months for two years.
The apprenticeship is available in two locations: Condell Park and Milperra. At these sites, you will work on diverse projects, including truck electrical component installation and repair, as well as automotive car air conditioning system repair.
Key attributes and skills required for success in this role include passion for the automotive industry, reliability, punctuality, and basic knowledge of mechanics.
