We are seeking an experienced Specialist Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Novita. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for driving retail revenue, developing relationships with key stakeholders and increasing the profile of NovitaTech internally with Novita staff.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct product trials and demonstrations
  • Develop relationships with clinicians, support coordinators and disability advocates
  • Drive referrals and increase internal referrals
  • Provide additional value for clients

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years sales experience in an AT retail environment
  • A strong knowledge and expertise of non-customisable disability and aged care equipment
  • Experience using ERP software applications and sound computing skills
  • Strong selling and influencing skills, including the ability to develop long-term business relationships

Benefits

Total remuneration package includes base salary, annual leave loading and statutory superannuation contribution. Enjoy salary packaging up to $15,900 of your salary, increasing your take-home pay by approximately $5,000. Further benefits include professional development opportunities and career advancement.
