Job Title: SEO Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Account Manager to join our team at The Drive Group. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional account management services to our clients, driving their online visibility and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for your clients, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their online goals are met.
  • Develop and implement strategic SEO plans to improve client website performance and visibility.
  • Collaborate with our Head of SEO to allocate and track work within the team, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive client success.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services where crossover occurs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years in SEO account management, preferably within a search or digital marketing agency environment.
  • In-depth understanding of SEO and its critical role in enhancing website visibility and relevance.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML and JavaScript, particularly in troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
  • Ability to create and present comprehensive SEO technical audits to clients.
  • Familiarity with various CMS platforms including WordPress, Shopify, and Magento.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust with your team and confidently suggest improvements when necessary.
