This position is part of our expanding scope of works at the Edinburgh RAAF Base in SA.

**Job Description**

As a Qualified Aviation Tanker Driver, you will report to a UGL leading hand or supervisor, with day-to-day directions coming from the Commanding Officer or similar of the particular squadron you will be working with.

Your duties will include operating fuel tanker trucks, loading fuel tanks, delivering fuel to designated points, and communicating with internal and external teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have strong team playing skills, be self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for UGL and our customers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A current MC/HC Drivers Licence and Dangerous Goods Handling Licence;
  2. Ability to secure an NV1 Security Clearance;
  3. Proven experience operating heavy vehicles;
  4. Experience in the fuel service and/or defence industry (highly regarded);
  5. Good communication and teamwork skills;
  6. Current holder or ability to obtain relevant security clearances.
