Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections and site assessments
  • Deliver advisory consulting services to strata, building managers, homeowners, and commercial and industrial clients
  • Prepare technical due diligence reports
  • Perform condition and building defects audits
  • Conduct dilapidation surveys and make-good evaluations
  • Develop maintenance forecasts
  • Manage projects independently
  • Travel within the local area as required

Essential Qualifications:

  • Approachable and personable demeanor
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel locally
  • Experience in building defects, surveying, remediation, facade, forensic, or structural engineering
  • DBP certification
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
