We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Centre Service Officer to join our team at the Melbourne CBD Donor Centre.

About the Role

This permanent part-time opportunity offers 42 hours of work per fortnight, with varied shifts across a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday.

As a Centre Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional service to our donors. Your responsibilities will include warmly greeting and welcoming donors, providing clear instructions for paperwork, preparing food and beverages, and monitoring donors post-donation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to occasionally lift between 9-22.7kgs, frequent sitting, bending, and reaching to restock supplies in the kitchen, and be flexible to work varied shifts on a fortnightly rotating roster.
