Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage critical ICT Infrastructure projects with multiple stakeholders involved from Infrastructure and Business aspects.
  • Team Leadership: Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing cross-disciplinary technical programs, from project definition to product delivery/demonstration.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management and ability to collaborate and communicate effectively that contributes to a cross-functional team development pipeline.
  • Agile Methodology: Familiarity with AGILE methodology and project tracking.
  • Continuous Improvement: Ability to contribute to agency's continuous improvement by improving systems, processes, and tools related to project management and reporting.
  • ICT Project Tracking: Experience tracking a complex ICT project and providing support to clear blocking issues.
  • Australian Citizen: Australian citizen with NV1 clearance.
  • Work Location: Canberra work location.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing critical ICT Infrastructure projects with multiple stakeholders involved.
  • Experience in working with large organisations, preferably in government departments.
  • Ability to work under pressure against short timescales.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with AGILE methodology and project tracking.
