We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at our Erina boutique. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth through exceptional customer service and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
• Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to improve sales techniques and customer service skills
• Assess sales results and provide regular coaching and feedback for improvement
• Inspire and create a strong store sales culture, understanding the company's expectations and executing this understanding through upskilling the team and their sales techniques

Requirements

• Driven in attitude and motivated to hit budgets for themselves and the team
• Able to motivate a team, give feedback on results, and train the team to improve and celebrate their success
• Capable of assessing sales results and providing regular coaching and feedback for improvement
• Inspiring and able to create a strong store sales culture, understanding the company's expectations and executing this understanding through upskilling the team and their sales techniques
• Ready to hit the ground running, with previous management experience being desired
• Confident in nature and comfortable serving and styling customers in the fitting room
