Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for preparing and cleaning guest rooms to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and clean guest rooms including making beds, vacuuming and general cleaning duties
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve set goals and deadlines
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and in line with company policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is highly regarded but not required
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 25kg and push heavy equipment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays
