Home Care Assistant

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. In this role, you will be providing essential support services to our aged care clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with our clients and their families. You will be responsible for providing personal care, household assistance, and social support to our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Offer social support and companionship to clients, engaging them in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organizational standards and regulatory requirements
