Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop win-win solutions for both the bank and customers by providing personalized advice and support.
  • Support customers with digital literacy and online banking skills in an ever-changing environment.
  • Guide customers through bespoke lending solutions, exploring tailored personal loan and credit card options.
  • Pursue ongoing learning and development opportunities to advance your career.
  • Foster connections with customers and the community, supporting local initiatives and events.

Requirements:

  • A proven ability to achieve sales results through customer-focused solutions.
  • The confidence to communicate effectively with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues quickly.
  • Enthusiasm to understand and communicate the unique aspects of our business model.
  • Drive for collaboration and teamwork.
  • Experience in consumer lending is beneficial but not essential.
