About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Program Officer to join our team in delivering outdoor sport and recreation programs to school, community, and sporting clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver outdoor sport and recreation programs tailored to client groups, promoting physical activity, leadership, and social skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver program components, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Design and facilitate outdoor programs that challenge clients in a range of activities and experiences, fostering friendships and resilience.
  • Work as part of a team in a positive and enjoyable environment, contributing to the development of leadership and physical skills in clients.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification or Certificate IV in Outdoor Recreation/Leadership (or equivalent) and relevant industry experience.
  • Ability to work on-call responsibilities on a rostered basis during residential programs.
  • First Aid Certificate and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
