About the Role:In this position, you will ensure seamless coordination between Finance, Audit, and Business teams. Your key responsibilities will include supporting end-to-end project lifecycle experiences, documenting requirements, designing business solutions, and providing post-implementation support.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- End-to-end project lifecycle experience, including gathering requirements, documentation, business solution design, and post-implementation support
- Proficiency in using JIRA, Confluence, and Excel
- Experience in methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid
- Excel in workflow optimization and meet critical deadlines
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring Acceptance Criteria are met, assisting in testing changes, providing support for UAT
- Understanding of finance, audit, superannuation industry & coordination
- Familiarity with ATO guidelines, GST, and income tax laws to ensure compliance
- Experience in preparing financial reports and analysis
- Assist in developing a new reporting framework and SOPs for centralized finance processes
- Experience in working with external auditors (big 4 firms)
- Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external auditors and ensure smooth data transfers
- Experience in risk management (identifying & mitigating risks)
- Setting up & managing RACI matrix
