We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our Brisbane team to work on gas processing and compression facility projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating discipline engineering and design, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with clients and vendors.

Key Skills and Abilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical expertise in mechanical or chemical engineering
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and manage a team
  • Experience with design and construction of gas processing facilities and nodal compression/dehydration facilities
  • Familiarity with technical specifications and Australian and international codes and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate discipline engineering and design of oil and gas projects
  • Conduct design reviews with discipline groups and clients to ensure compliance with project schedule
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory processes, codes, and standards
  • Coordinate with vendors and participate in bid evaluations
  • Prepare technical reports and recommendations for clients

Education and Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in mechanical or chemical engineering
  • C.P. Eng or RPEQ preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in EPCM oil and gas engineering environment
