Key Responsibilities:

  • Support functional areas across the business to provide clear advice on employment law, commercial contracts, consumer protection law, competition law, privacy law, and intellectual property law.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements.
  • Assist with managing commercial disputes and regulatory matters.
  • Review campaign and marketing collateral for compliance.
  • Identify training needs and develop resources for employees.
  • Monitor legislation affecting e-commerce and contribute to template development.
  • Partner with colleagues on group-wide initiatives and support compliance programs.
  • Strategically plan objectives and key results for the legal function.

About You

You are an energetic lawyer with strong drafting and negotiation skills, able to engage with all areas of the business and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience as a lawyer, preferably in-house or at a reputable law firm, with strong commercial awareness.
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) with excellent academic credentials.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
