The Australian Government Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity to launch your career and work across multiple STEM fields. As a graduate, you will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of Australia.

About the Role:

We are seeking applications from individuals who have completed a minimum 3-year undergraduate degree within the last 5 years in a STEM field. To be eligible for the program, you must be an Australian citizen, have or will have completed a Bachelor degree or higher by December 31st 2026, and be able to obtain and maintain a valid Australian Government security clearance once accepted into the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake rotations in different work areas to gain diverse experience and skills
  • Participate in a 12-month training and development program with targeted learning and development opportunities
  • Develop skills in problem-solving, numerical reasoning, and behavioral testing

Benefits:
