Bonds, a leading retailer in Australia, is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Bonds Miranda store.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week across a Sunday-Thursday roster. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead by example, creating memorable, honest, and empowering customer connections. You will also assist in training and developing your team to help deliver on store budgets and KPIs.

The successful candidate will have previous experience with the execution of visual merchandising in-store and managing high stock volumes. You will be happy to get your hands dirty when it comes to processing deliveries and collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks as required.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and processing stock deliveries.
  • You will assist in the development and implementation of visual merchandising displays to drive sales and engagement.
  • You will participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your leadership skills and knowledge.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
