The Role
We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our high standards of quality, customer service, and safety are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Implement and maintain efficient operational systems, ensuring seamless service delivery and minimizing waste.
- Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and other key performance indicators to optimize profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan, implement, and evaluate new initiatives and strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive business results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, quality control, and customer service principles, with the ability to maintain high standards in these areas.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
