The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, preparing and managing legal files, and representing members in courts and tribunals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the team to provide expert legal advice and manage legal files relating to claims and/or complaint files.
- Represent members in courts and/or tribunals and/or inquiries.

- Conduct claims and/or complaints of greater complexity, higher value and/or more significant consequences than those handled by Solicitors.
- Experience in leadership or strong interest in people leadership skills development.
- Defence medical negligence and insurance law experience ideal.
- Demonstrated health law knowledge.
- Proactive in developing relationships and balancing member, business and team requirements.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
