We're seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Service Delivery Assistant within our retail team at TN Ireland. This position involves supporting the Shop Manager and team with the daily running of the shop, ensuring that high standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day shop operations, including accepting bets and processing customer transactions.
  • Step up and take charge of shop operations in the absence of senior staff, assuming additional responsibilities such as managing cash procedures and supervising the shop team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through a friendly and knowledgeable approach, utilizing excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Work well under pressure, maintaining a calm demeanor even in challenging situations.
  • Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Possess strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash and operate the EPOS system.
  • Be a collaborative team player who can work independently when necessary, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Previous retail or industry experience is welcome, but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
