About the Role
  • Collect blood and other samples from patients with precision and accuracy.
  • Conduct Respiratory Swab collections in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Carefully handle, store, and process pathology specimens to maintain high standards of quality control.
  • Manage paperwork and administrative tasks with attention to detail and organizational skills.
Requirements
  • A Certificate III or IV in Pathology Collection or equivalent industry experience.
  • Superb customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
  • Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work across various sites, adapting to changing circumstances as needed.
  • Solid clinical knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
  • A valid Driver's License for travel between locations.
  • Effective communication skills to interact seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Basic computer skills to efficiently manage administrative tasks.
