About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Geriatric Medicine Specialist to cover a locum position at our hospital in the Central Coast region of New South Wales.

Location

This large public hospital is situated in a beachside haven, approximately 80 minutes' drive from Sydney and an hour's drive south of Newcastle.

The hospital provides comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services within the Central Coast region. With recent developments including a modern Mental Health Centre and expansion of the Emergency Department, our hospital is well-equipped to deliver high-quality care.

Working Conditions

This role involves providing medical expertise to patients requiring geriatric care. You will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in geriatric medicine and relevant clinical experience. As a senior medical professional, you will be required to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
