We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at Qscan Radiologic Clinics. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient registrations, bookings, and queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
- Operate our booking system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with back-office activities, including data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as directed by your manager.
