Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and dedicated individual to join our Legal and Assurance Division as an Assistant Practice Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a small team to ensure delivery of high-quality legal support services.
  • Ensure timely delivery of legal and administrative support, including procurement, recruitment, and reporting.
  • Manage priorities and handle ad hoc tasks.
  • Delegate work appropriately within the team.
  • Support and develop team staff.
  • Lead divisional projects and manage operational services in consultation with the Practice Director.
  • Maintain the Delegations and Authorisations Register.
  • Manage divisional resources and databases, such as SharePoint and intranet pages.
  • Develop and implement legal frameworks and strategies.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with the Practice Director and other team members.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the department's operations.
