We are seeking a seasoned Digital Portfolio Manager with over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly in fuel management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong consulting background and demonstrate strategic thinking while being hands-on in execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Transformation Leadership: Lead and drive transformation programs that align with organizational goals, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and oversee key portfolio planning and delivery processes, including operating plans, quarterly planning, and squad product coaching.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work directly with C-level executives to provide insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
- Financial Support: Collaborate with finance teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for transformation initiatives.
- Experience: Must have 15+ years of experience in retail convenient stores, preferably with in Fuel sector.
