Job Title: Line Setter

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a skilled Line Setter to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated individual to assist our client in Rocklea, working at a site that manufactures packaging.

  • Proficiency in operating production equipment and conducting quality measuring and testing procedures.
  • Taking immediate action to resolve quality issues and managing internal scrap.
  • Organising tasks in the finishing area, including small press operation, labelling, QC testing, and rework.
  • Able to set up machinery and maintain production rates and Quality standards.
  • Able to use air power and hand tools.

Requirements:

  • Previous manufacturing experience.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Mechanically minded.
  • Physical fitness and capability to lift up to 20-25kg.
  • A current driver's license and your own reliable vehicle.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges.

  • Ideal shift time of 5:30 am - 1:30 pm.
