Job Title: Gymnastics Instructor Opportunity

Are you passionate about developing skills and making a positive impact in the lives of children? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Gymnastics Instructor.

The role involves contributing to the delivery of YMCA Gymnastics programs and services, working alongside qualified instructors to provide a fun and safe environment for children. To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to maintain thorough knowledge of all aspects of YMCA gymnastics programs, industry trends, and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality gymnastics coaching and instruction to children of various ages and abilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that promote physical activity, creativity, and social interaction
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to ensure seamless program delivery and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Beginners coaching accreditation (desirable)
  • Coach affiliation/technical membership (desirable)
  • Experience working with children of various ages and backgrounds
