About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working with individuals who require assistance with daily living activities, promoting their independence and overall well-being. As an individual support trainee, you will work under the supervision of experienced professionals and gain practical experience in providing person-centered care to a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support individuals in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  • Foster a positive and empowering atmosphere that promotes independence and dignity.
  • Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients.
  • Help individuals with meal preparation and nutritional support.
  • Observe and report any changes in clients' physical or mental conditions to the appropriate personnel.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to client care.
