Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Leader to join our team at Uniting AgeWell.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and support Registered Nurses in their role, promoting a harmonious team approach to the delivery of resident care.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high quality, person-centered care to residents and families, taking into account cultural, spiritual, and individual needs.
  • Provide nursing care to residents with complex needs, including palliative care, dementia support, restorative care, and pain management, to enhance their wellbeing.
  • Support nursing staff regarding assessment and care planning processes, documentation, and evaluation of care outcomes.

  • Proven leadership skills and experience in supervising healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality care outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
